Go to chatgpt.com. Start a new chat. Paste this template (filled in with your real information):
Help me prepare my week as a cleaning supervisor. Here's my situation:
SCHEDULE THIS WEEK:
- [Account A]: [Day/days], Crew: [names]
- [Account B]: [Day/days], Crew: [names]
- [Account C]: Coverage gap Wednesday — need to find a replacement
SUPPLY ISSUES:
- [Account A] is low on trash liners (need to order by Tuesday)
- [Account B] is out of glass cleaner
OUTSTANDING ISSUES:
- [Client name] complained about break room on Thursday — follow up needed

Please: (1) Create a prioritized action list for Monday, (2) Draft a text message I can send to find coverage for Wednesday at [Account C], (3) Create a supply order list, (4) Draft a quick check-in email to [Client] about last Thursday's issue.

After doing this a few times, save your exact weekly brief template in your phone's notes app under "Monday Prep Template." Each Monday, just fill in the blanks and paste it into ChatGPT. The routine becomes automatic.
